Description
Intuitive is hiring a Manager, New Products (NPI) Supply Chain/Sourcing to lead the supply chain team responsible for sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and end-to-end supply chain activities for new product introductions. The role coordinates with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams; manages supplier relationships and risk; develops KPIs and continuous-improvement initiatives; and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement experience in manufacturing, and 1–2 years managing a small supply chain team.
