Description
The Manager, Golf Development will manage Masters Tournament Foundation and Masters Tournament Charities initiatives, including the Drive, Chip and Putt program, Latin America Amateur Championship, Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, and other global golf-development activities. The role oversees tournament logistics, participant registration, coaching academies, budgets, stakeholder communications, community programs, and support for the Masters Tournament headquarters. It is a full-time, on-site position in Augusta, Georgia, with normal Monday-through-Friday hours and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and significant international travel.
