Project Open Hand is hiring a Grants Manager to lead corporate, foundation, and government grant relationships and develop strategies for increased institutional giving. The role manages grant proposals, prospect research, funding calendars, grant outcomes, donor stewardship, grant program operations, and relationships with program leaders and development staff. It reports to the Vice President, Fund Development & Community Affairs, and works across POH offices in San Francisco and the East Bay.
