Logic20/20 is hiring a Grid Operations Manager to lead consulting engagements for utilities modernizing distribution operations. The role advises clients on modernization strategy, technology implementation, operating processes, and organizational readiness; leads initiatives involving ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, distribution automation, DER integration, energy storage, and EVs; guides requirements through deployment and operational readiness; and mentors multidisciplinary consulting teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and at least 8 years of experience in electric utilities, grid modernization, operational technology, engineering consulting, or related fields. The target base salary is $138,000–$185,000, with potential performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
