Bitpanda is hiring a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for its Growth organization. The role establishes trusted measurement and customer-economics definitions, leads forecasting and decision-grade analysis, partners with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders, and builds and mentors analytics engineers and senior analysts. The position requires a proven track record of leading analytics capabilities, strong SQL and data-modeling expertise, and deep knowledge of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting.
