Description
UpGuard is hiring a GTM Engineering Manager to lead an existing team of two GTM Engineers and own the automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organization. The role focuses on building and adopting production-level automations, LLM-based systems, agent design, and advanced workflows across the sales, customer success, and revenue operations functions. The manager will also drive enablement, documentation, analytics support, and the conversion of shadow systems into shared capabilities. The position is fully remote, with physical offices in Sydney and Hobart but no mandatory attendance, and includes health insurance and other benefits.
