Description
Harman is hiring a Manager Hardware Engineering to lead hardware development for global automotive connectivity and telematics products, including TCU, V2X OBU/RSU, and ECU projects. The role owns hardware design and bill of materials, supports integration, manufacturing, qualification, certification, cost reduction, customer negotiations, and global project delivery, and supervises 5–10 direct reports in Germany and Romania while coordinating with engineering teams across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. The position is based in Ulm, Germany, with flexible office and remote work and occasional international travel.
