The role owns test protocols, execution standards, KPIs, root-cause analysis, firmware and embedded software integration testing, and the development of regional test engineering capabilities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science and at least seven years of test engineering or product validation experience in consumer electronics or hardware, along with cross-functional leadership experience. The position offers an annual salary of $140,000–$170,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
