Manager, Hardware Validation at Axon

Axon is hiring a Manager, Hardware Validation to lead and develop a team of hardware validation engineers and own the validation plan for assigned product programs. The role covers functional, environmental, EMC/EMI, reliability, and safety testing; cross-functional risk and root-cause work; test-lab infrastructure; validation metrics; and external certification support. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of hardware test, validation, or reliability engineering experience, and at least 2 years leading engineers. The position is onsite at Axon's Phoenix, Deer Valley location, with up to 15% travel.
