Resmed is seeking a Manager, Health & Safety to lead and enhance their safety culture at their Sydney Manufacturing site. The role involves embedding safety into daily operations, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and fostering a proactive safety-first environment. The manager will drive continuous improvement of the OH&S management system, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and develop training programs. They will also address ergonomic issues, manage injury prevention, and ensure contractor compliance.
