Description
The Manager of HIM Operations supports the Director of HIM Operations by overseeing document imaging, content integrity, and Electronic Health Record maintenance; managing daily HIM workflows and teams across ministries; coordinating technology updates and training; ensuring compliance with accreditation, certification, and government requirements; and driving process improvements and performance metrics. The role is based onsite at one of three approved locations in Indiana and requires an associate's degree, three years of Health Information Management experience, two years of EHR experience, and RHIT or RHIA certification.
