Description
The Manager Hook Up & Commissioning role leads the pre-commissioning, hook-up, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and plant acceptance activities for offshore EPC projects. Responsibilities include defining scope, developing execution and project schedules, estimating costs, managing subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating testing and safety activities, preparing manuals and procedures, and leading training and compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 13 years of related offshore engineering experience, and strong project execution and managerial skills; professional engineering registration or membership is preferred.
