Ichor Systems is hiring a Manager of HR Analytics and Workforce Intelligence to build and scale its Human Capital Intelligence capability from scratch. The role will develop enterprise workforce and compensation analytics, establish data models and governance, improve HR data quality, and deliver dashboards and insights to HR business partners and senior leadership. It requires at least eight years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or six years with a master’s degree, along with expertise in advanced Excel and Microsoft Power BI, multi-function HR experience, and experience building analytical solutions from scratch.
