The role manages HRIS data and governance, creates MIS reports and workforce dashboards, analyzes talent and compensation trends, supports forecasting and budgeting, leads HR technology and reporting improvements, and collaborates with HR and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, IT, or business analytics, 6–12 years of experience in HR MIS, HR analytics, or HR technology, and expertise with HRIS systems, Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
