Description
The Manager – HR Analytics will lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven people analytics to support HR and business decisions. The role owns analytics strategy, workforce data analysis, predictive and diagnostic modeling, dashboards and reporting, compliance monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, HRIS and data-integration work, and advanced analytics such as statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and 10–13 years of analytics experience, including at least 5–6 years in People/HR Analytics, along with strong SQL, Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and related technical skills.
