ALO is hiring an experienced Manager, HR Operations to lead and manage human resources processes across the organization. The role oversees employee data integrity, lifecycle transactions, HR reporting, scalable program design, HR business partner collaboration, employee communications, compliance, and immigration processes. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of HR management and business-process experience, knowledge of U.S. employment law and visa-immigration processes, HRIS experience, and strong project management and stakeholder-management skills. The base salary is $100,000-$130,000 per year.
