The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations NAM/LAC leads Talent Acquisition Operations across North America and Latin America within Mastercard's Global Business Services Center. The role oversees hiring support services from recruitment through Day 1 onboarding, including interview scheduling, offer administration, onboarding, executive hiring coordination, workforce management, governance, service metrics, stakeholder partnerships, and continuous improvement. The manager leads and develops the regional team, manages escalations and operational risks, and partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders. The position requires operational leadership, process improvement, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and strong MS Office proficiency; HR systems experience is a plus. The listed O'Fallon, Missouri pay range is $112,000 to $179,000 USD.
