L3Harris is hiring a Manager, HR Business Partner in Huntsville, Alabama, to lead a two-person team and partner with employees, leaders, and broader HR functions at its Advanced Manufacturing Facilities. The role supports onboarding, employee engagement, retention, policy and safety compliance, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and HR projects, while using analytics to recommend talent initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or thirteen years without a degree; HR systems knowledge and strong communication and coaching skills are preferred. The schedule is 10-hour days, four days per week.
