Figma is hiring a Manager, HRIS to lead its Workday platform and a team of HRIS Specialists. The role manages Workday configuration, delivery governance, project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, capacity planning, release management, and integration with people technology systems, while developing the team and partnering with People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders. It is a full-time position available from one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States, with an annual base salary range of $169,000 to $296,000 USD and health, dental, and vision coverage.
