Description
The HSSE Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the development and continuous improvement of a portfolio-wide Health, Safety, Security & Environment management program across Brookfield Renewable’s solar development, construction, commissioning, and operating assets. The role provides compliance expertise, incident and near-miss investigation leadership, audit and assessment management, contractor HSSE oversight, training, emergency preparedness, and HSSE and ESG reporting. It requires 5–8 years of HSS&E experience, knowledge of United States regulations, regular travel to sites across the United States, and offers a salary of $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus eligibility.
