Description
The HVAC Install Manager leads daily residential installation operations, supervising and developing HVAC technician teams, scheduling jobs, coordinating materials, reviewing estimates and installation plans, monitoring costs and productivity, and ensuring work meets manufacturer, code, and safety requirements. The role also handles customer concerns, post-install follow-ups, quality checks, documentation, and escalations, while managing the install department’s budget, tools, vehicles, and equipment. The position requires at least five years of HVAC installation experience, including two years in leadership, along with HVAC, EPA, and driver’s-license qualifications; it offers a $115,000–$130,000 USD pay range and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
