Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a GBO Advanced Capabilities COE Manager – Data Engineering to establish and operate scalable, governed data pipelines and integration patterns supporting analytics, decision support, AI/GenAI use cases, and digital products. The role partners with GBO stakeholders, BI&T, and DS&A CoE teams; leads data pipeline build and sustainment; establishes data quality, lineage, access, and governance practices; and supports operating models across internal and external partners. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline preferred, and the role requires at least three years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI/data platforms, or related technology roles.
