ASM is hiring a Field Process Manager for its Samsung account in Korea to lead a team of Field Process Engineers and manage advanced semiconductor manufacturing process solutions. The role includes technical project leadership, software simulation testing, customer escalations, quality investigations, process and hardware development, device integration, troubleshooting, customer relationship management, documentation, and mentorship. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant field, at least 10 years of semiconductor capital equipment and process technology experience, leadership experience, and fluency in Korean and English.
