ASM Korea is hiring a Field Software Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Software Engineers supporting the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of semiconductor equipment at customer sites. The role combines people leadership, technical escalation, software troubleshooting, customer engagement, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need 15+ years of semiconductor equipment, field software, or technical support experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, leadership and escalation-management experience, software-debugging skills, Korean and English communication ability, and willingness to travel and work in cleanroom environments.
