Description
Amazon Robotics is hiring a Manager I / Front-line manager to lead a team of 20–25 associates performing machine learning data annotation operations. The role manages site direction, team performance, SLA and quality KPIs, reporting, continuous improvement, career development, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Candidates need a graduate degree or equivalent, at least four years of experience including 18 months as a team leader or team manager, strong communication and coaching skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The position may require flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
