Amazon is hiring a Team Manager, ML Data Ops to lead a team of 20 to 25 associates supporting search services through data annotation and quality-assured labeling. The role manages operational goals, escalations, capacity, work allocation, quality, process improvements, data analysis, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and talent development. Candidates need a graduate degree, 4–6 years of experience including at least one year managing people directly, strong data and process-improvement skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency; e-commerce, machine learning, Lean Six Sigma, and Tableau experience are preferred.
