Regal Rexnord is hiring a fully onsite Manager I, Purchasing to develop supplier relationships, negotiate purchasing agreements, and oversee raw-material procurement for manufacturing operations. The role manages Kanban and supplier-managed inventory programs, expediting, purchase orders, inventory replenishment, SAP purchasing data, warehouse optimization, and continuous improvement, while supervising Buyers and Purchasing Assistants. An associate's degree in a relevant field and experience with ERP systems and purchasing databases are required; a bachelor's degree, SAP experience, and supplier-managed inventory experience are preferred.
