Description
The Manager, IBM i Systems & Application Development oversees the administration, security, operation, and modernization of IBM i systems, UFS, SANDIS, custom applications, integrations, and related infrastructure. The role leads development and support activities, supervises Computer Support Specialists and other staff, coordinates vendors and technology upgrades, and serves as the agency’s primary IBM i technical resource. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of progressively responsible IBM i and information technology experience, including three years in a lead or supervisory capacity, along with programming expertise in RPG, CL, COBOL, and SQL.
