Description
ASM is hiring a Manager II, Field Process (Technical Manager) to lead customer process engagement, new product introduction, and the transition to high-volume manufacturing. The role manages process development, qualification, optimization, troubleshooting, escalations, and HVM adoption; partners with R&D, product engineering, business units, field service, and sales; and recruits and develops process engineers. The primary customer focus is onsite in Boise, Idaho, with travel as needed.
