Description
The Manager II, ML Data Operations role leads 6–8 Team Managers and 100–150+ associates across Amazon Robotics and Fulfilment Technologies AI/ML data annotation and operational delivery programs. The position owns operational excellence, workforce planning, capacity and shift management, quality governance, process improvement, business continuity, stakeholder management, and executive reporting across image, video, text, dialogue, and robotics workflows. It operates in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and may support work-from-office or remote operations.
