Amazon is hiring a Manager II, Program Management for its Global Catalog Operations team to build and lead a team of auditors, subject matter experts, and program managers. The role owns a portfolio of catalog quality programs, sets operating standards and roadmaps, allocates capacity, drives data- and metrics-based decision-making, manages risk, and represents catalog quality to senior leadership and partner teams. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management, cross-functional, and team-management experience, plus experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to improve processes.
