Description
Amazon is hiring a Manager III, Operations to lead air gateway and ramp/ground operations for its AIR program. The role serves as a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance, investigations, weight and balance, quality assurance, and ramp load verification; develops ramp standards, automation tools, global processes, and long-term program strategy; and manages initiatives with aviation, training, carrier, and ground-operation stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three years of experience, including program or project management, data-driven improvement, process automation, aviation cargo or Part 121 experience, and ground/ramp leadership or air-cargo experience. It is a 40-hour, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. role in Wilmington, Ohio, with a salary range of $116,917 to $136,500 per year.
