Description
Amazon is hiring an engineering leader to manage multiple teams building foundational systems and consumer-facing features for trustworthy AI. The role owns architectural decisions for privacy-preserving AI, responsible AI frameworks, and accessibility; defines strategies for federated learning, differential privacy, and on-device processing; builds AI evaluation, safety guardrails, and observability systems; partners with Product, Design, Legal, Policy, and Research; and develops engineering leaders. The position requires at least three years of engineering team management experience, eight years of engineering experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with software development, system design, and cross-functional partnership experience.
