Amazon is hiring a Manager III, System Dev in Irving, Texas to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex technical solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Java, React, AWS, SQL, and Pega. The role owns systems and architecture, improves engineering and operational processes, leads technical reviews and strategic planning, and hires, guides, and develops engineering teams. It requires a master's degree or equivalent with two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, plus one year of experience in systems engineering leadership, networking and operating systems, Agile software development, and team management. The position is 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a salary range of $166,300 to $225,000 per year.
