Description
Aeva is hiring a Manager, Laser NPI to own the design, manufacture, integration, validation, qualification, and transition of lasers and amplifiers from development through high-volume production. The role leads engineering teams, develops product requirements and test strategies, manages IIIV device integration and characterization, and drives performance, yield, reliability, and cost targets across business verticals. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading teams and delivering cutting-edge products, along with experience in NPI, IIIV design or process, vendor management, qualification, reliability, and validation.
