Dutchie is hiring an Implementation Team Lead to manage and coach Implementation Strategists, own go-live, CSAT, and time-to-go-live metrics, support clients through onboarding, assign accounts, and improve implementation processes. The role partners with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product to scale the implementation function and requires experience managing large teams toward volume-based metrics and hands-on experience with retail platforms; retail cannabis experience is preferred. The starting salary is $98,000–$115,000, with medical, dental, vision, equity, technology, and flexible leave benefits.
