DataSpring is hiring a full-time, remote, exempt Manager, Implementations to lead implementation professionals and coordinate client implementations of DataSpring solutions, with a primary focus on Coordination of Benefits (COB). The role serves as a subject matter expert, leads high-value client implementations, analyzes requirements, designs scalable solutions, manages stakeholders and project risks, develops team members, and maintains quality and compliance standards. Candidates need at least five years of healthcare administrative technology implementation experience, experience supporting software developers and technical teams, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field.
