The role is intended as a pathway to a management position and offers professional development, training, and advancement opportunities. Candidates should have an interest in landscape management, a strong work ethic, clean driving record, and strong communication skills; certificates, associate’s or bachelor’s degrees in plant science, horticultural sciences, business, or related fields are preferred.
