The role includes mentorship, professional development, and training in landscape operations, with a path toward advancement into a management position. Candidates should have an interest in landscape management, a strong work ethic, clean driving record, and strong communication skills; a certificate, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in plant science, horticultural sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
