Description
BDO Austria GmbH is hiring a Manager:in Reporting Process Implementation Advisory in Vienna to lead complex accounting and reporting mandates end-to-end, including process design, system implementation, and handover to client teams. The role covers new accounting topics such as IFRS 9 hedge accounting, CSRD, Pillar 2, IFRS first application, and PPA mapping, and serves as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT. Candidates need a relevant degree, 4–7 years of experience in corporate finance or audit-related consulting with an implementation focus, accounting or reporting implementation experience, knowledge of corporate finance systems, and leadership of smaller teams or project groups. The position offers a gross monthly base salary of EUR 5,000 plus performance bonuses, flexible hours, and home-office possibilities.
