The role supports the Branch Manager with branch operations, production and technical department management, employee training and development, recruiting, quality control, performance management, goal tracking, safety compliance, vehicle inspections, licensing, and seasonal marketing recruitment. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, coaching, time management, team-building, lawn care or horticulture knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record; pesticide licensing may be required by law.
