Circle K is hiring a Store Manager for its Rocky Mountain BU - Region 03 - Market 08 location in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The role manages retail store operations, employees, suppliers, customer service, safety, merchandising, financial reporting, budgets, and P&L performance. It requires flexible availability, a valid driver’s license, English communication skills, and the ability to supervise and train employees; a high school diploma or GED and retail sales experience are preferred. The position is primarily indoor but may require outdoor work and occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
