The role manages retail store operations, employees, suppliers, customer service, safety, merchandising, financial reporting, budgets, and profit maximization. It requires retail sales and supervisory experience, computer and English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The position is primarily indoor but may require outdoor work and occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
