Description
The Restaurant Manager performs and directs overall store management, including inventory and money control, staff scheduling and supervision, food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, safety, security, recruiting, training, sales promotion, local marketing, business records, and customer service. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least two years of QSR experience, supervisory and training experience, computerized point-of-sale operation, physical restaurant work, and availability for 40–50 hours per week.
