Description
The Restaurant Manager performs and directs overall store management, including inventory and money control, food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, safety, security, staff scheduling, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, customer service, sales promotion, local marketing, and business records. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least two years of QSR experience, supervisory and training experience, computerized point-of-sale operation, physical restaurant work, and availability for 40–50 hours per week.
