Hoffman Car Wash is hiring a Manager in Training for its four-month Management Fast Track Program, preparing candidates for a supervisory or assistant management role. The position supports store operations, develops and trains team members, opens or closes the store, assists customers, sells the Unlimited Plan, maintains facilities, and performs additional duties. Candidates need at least two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be available for one weekend day and evening shifts. The program pays $23–$24 per hour during training, with possible pay increase after completion, plus commission, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
