Drive & Shine is hiring a Captain-Store Manager to lead a retail location, overseeing customer service, sales, staffing, scheduling, operations, inventory, maintenance, and team development. The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong track record of recruiting, training, and achieving sales and KPI goals, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Compensation is $100,000 or more per year including profit sharing, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, education assistance, and other benefits.
