Description
Weed Man is hiring a full-time Manager in Training to support the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations, including coordinating daily work, managing Technical and Marketing Departments, training and developing lawn service personnel, recruiting, performance reviews, production tracking, safety and quality control, and vehicle inspections. The role requires 1–2+ years of related lawn-care or management experience, a valid driver's license, pesticide licensing as required by law, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather and physical conditions.
