Five Guys is hiring two entry-level restaurant managers to teach, mentor, and provide a career path as the company grows. The role is open to leaders in retail, food service, and hospitality who may not have led a Five Guys restaurant but have the relevant skillset. Starting pay is $20 per hour before bonuses, tips, and benefits, with an average actual pay of $24 per hour.
