Description
Goodwill Manasota is hiring a Manager in Training to supervise and develop retail team members, oversee the GGC store’s operations, customer service, safety, security, inventory, payroll, reporting, and compliance with CARF standards. The role requires availability to open and close the store multiple times per week, approval of payroll, at least two Saturdays per month, and reliable transportation. Management or supervisory experience in a retail setting and an associate’s degree in business or a related field are preferred, while strong leadership, communication, and basic computer skills are required.
